TKO.TO is testing the last touch at 5.10 and there is no reason to believe that momentum will shoot us back up quickly as it has in the past under more exuberant market conditions... most of the chart studies that I apply... suggest we are near support... however, I think we will chop around in this area.. possibly... I say possibly.... taking a wiggle under 5.00  where we may move to the mid 4.00s over the next couple of months.... before we show some strength in a more robust broad market... which usually picks up early September on any suppressed stocks of good quality if they have suffered a baby out with the bath syndrome.

The NAV is over 12 dollars as a very conservative quote... however the price is not moving on the discount to NAV but is reacting to the overall broad market IMOP.

This type of stock looks attractive at these prices............... still if the charts are accurate....... if support breaks here.. we could easily move to the low to mid 4s as a side effect of the doldrums... not allowing for a bounce off the 200 daily average for a swing trade.

In the end though... by the last part of 2011 we should be on the move... ... I don't make any predictions... just suggest the possibilities ... Check the link in the sidebar to the right for studies and commentary.

I noticed a post on Grandich's blog where he made a reference to the 200 day average being the downside risk.... In his chart you should be aware that it is time lined as a weekly (making it weekly 200 period Average) as opposed to the chart I'm using on the sidebar.... which is a Daily.... however it does reflect the present suggestion of the daily.... such that a drop below 5.00 is possible.

My target in the low 4.00s meets with his downside risk... still it needs to be seen that we break 5.00
