I have come to think of Friday as part of a master plan... Those that have spiggots... take their hands off, and keep the weekend from being the start of something bad becoming the catalyst for next week ... just enough to keep the market up so they can distribute more shares until it comes time to short the market.. for the down scoop... we did open with a gap down (third in a row) and now have moved into the green except for the TSX 60....

Jag.TO is making a new 52 week low... that is in a spiral as good as I have seen... one that is although I have not checked before posting as I'm taking comments from the board at face value... is being shorted as well..
Preliminary DD Has given me no real clues as to the death spiral reason other than to suspect momentum is the culprit which if is true when the price gets to unbelievable prices correlating to the financing... this is going to bounce reasonably good... A gift of immeasurable worth if this was to go the distance... although I'm not saying it will... I have seen such spirals of death go the full Monty. ONE Monty went as low as under a buck... ridiculous I know .... but worth hoping for as a bottom pick...

• W. House to unveil proposals for mortgage reform
• GM, Chrysler set to dole out bonuses-report

BEFORE THE BELL
Toronto’s resource-heavy index could open lower on Friday on concerns about
the political turmoil in the Middle East following Egyptian President Hosni
Mubarak's refusal to step down after more than two weeks of civil protests.
Energy sector companies are most likely to be volatile if violence erupts, and a
spike in oil prices could also hurt consumer sector stocks. Wall Street is also
set for a weaker open. Tech stocks could be in focus after Nokia teamed up
with Microsoft to use Windows Phone as main software platform. European
shares were lower, extending losses for a fourth session, with technology
stocks featuring among the worst performers. Asian stocks fell more than a
percent and were on course for their biggest weekly loss in nine months as
investors shunned risk on concerns about the pace of policy tightening in the
region. Brent oil prices rose above $101 a barrel, while the Brent/WTI spread
narrowed from record high. Gold prices eased, pressured by gains in the dollar
and lackluster investment demand for the metal after a raft of well-received
economic data boosted interest in other assets.

Wednesday Woof Woof
By now most of anybody in the market must have felt the opening pressure in most stocks not all... The Dow... Nas... S&P 500... TSX 60... Venture... Nas 100 all opened on a gap down except for the Venture which barely could call it an open above yesterdays close.

BEFORE THE BELL
Toronto’s main stock index could open lower on Wednesday and as the London
Stock Exchange is to buy Canada's TMX stock exchange operator to create
the world's fourth-largest trading centre. Wall street is also set for a lower
open, with the Dow snapping a seventh straight day of gains, while investors
await another set of earnings in a reporting season in which most companies
have beaten forecasts. European shares edged slightly lower from their 29-
month high, with technical indicators signaled that the market looked overbought.
Chinese shares fell, a day after the central bank raised interest rates
for the second time in just over six weeks, with commodity-related and financial
firms leading the selloff. Nikkei was also down 0.17 percent on profittaking.
Oil edged up, with North Sea Brent topping $100 again, due to market
jitters over possible supply constraints stemming from unrest in Egypt and after
data a day earlier showed a drop in U.S. stockpiles. Gold held near the previous
session's near three-week high in Europe, supported by an increased
focus on inflation after China's second interest rate hike, and a slightly softer
greenback

Update EVG.TO
Prosperity will supposedly be trading on the Venture within a few months... for now there is no other access to information other than what is put out by EVG.TO, and as of this post there is no ticker to dream about being.... that will come about as the final paperwork is completed via lawyers and Venture.
