At first glance

TKO.TO had it made with Prosperity....  Then certain events put a hold on the project until certain principles could take a position.... I shall leave them unnamed but not unknown...  now a new Nav calculation has been set out with new expectations factored in for Prosperity, and they come up with $16.00 per share.... The reasons for the permit refusal are barely legal by process IMOP, but it seems it is legal enough for the boys in the backroom to pass off on the public..

How and why is truly important..... but that won't stop me from taking a position.... if anybody thinks the refusal to go ahead with Prosperity Federal permits had anything to do with the good for/and of Canadians in general, they should take up knitting.

On the run... TKO.TO makes it to the number #1 position on our 2011 list... and if I had my wish.... we will see a much lower price..... however, we'll take what we can get by charting the potential...

We now hold a position and will buy chunks on weakness.... certain charting indicators suggest the flush was at the expense of retail investors while institutional investors were accumulating.

1) new expectations for Prosperity, 2) early conceptual plans

for both Aley and Harmony, and 3) an expansion at Gibraltar.

Update BAN.TO

BAN.TO looks toppy astride some gap ups that look like they need filling.... still.... it looked like it was about to defy gravity with huge support on the bids.... over multiple tiers such that I have not seen often on level II... now with the market turbulence... sellers are coming out, and if the support gets taken back past .80 cents to the .70's.... I fear it will feed on itself as overhang for the next while ... If the market had stayed more steady.. I'm sure we would have seen a rare occurrence before weeks end... where the price with such solid looking support would have done a double on blue sky... now I'm shaky...  I think the abnormality will still occur, but I think the price up move will be from the low to mid 70's...

on your Radar is TKO... they have just issued a new report which targets $16.00 per share and as luck would have it... the broad market may temporarily throw TKO out with the bathwater... last look it was running with the broad market and on volume... shades of memory from the last hosing they got when they got to close to 7.00

I'm seeing broadmarket distribution

Looking at the TSX and Venture in the Stockcharts Public List over the last few weeks there has been a series of hiccups getting closer grouped over time and as such it signals a weakness in the near term broad market uptrend... which is mainly in metals and commodities (gold & silver)... the venture appears more vulnerable...

On a Thursday a broad market Gap down!!!!!!!!!!

Gap down on the open..... Thursday has been a relief day of a usual course of things.....  A gap down usually signals the closeness of a bounce.... it is a trading bounce, and not to be confused with a solid reverasal.... the type of trade that is successful is an on the cusp buy just at the knifes edge for a ride to reistance in most cases... if you don't sell, then keep the stop tight and take no less than breakeven. Even something you love can drop farther than your wanting if the market spooks and runs.

URC.V

My own observation on URC was the 800 K cross at .32 cents... there was 2.3 million shares traded off .305 cents open and there is .01 penny gain........  that is incredibly distributive... I don't mean to say that the price won't eventually move up ... but that 800 k cross wasn't to buy in... it was business as usual... I'm sure it was dumped into the 2.3 million and was not accumulated as some would think.

My Attention Please

I was focusing on WPX.V from one eye while watching Uranium out of the other.... and I have 3 favorites still priced reasonably low that are starting to show a high level consolidation....... BNA.TO .... RSC.V ..... and URC.V

URC.V is the lowest out of the hole, and has had a frustrating and trying extended consolidation from early November 2010 to date.... however, they have recently flushed themselves with cash and I'm monitoring it for a breakout. such that any dips to the area of .26 cents should be looked on as a possible launching pad... OOps I may have spoken too late... still there should be some opportunity to get some under .30

BAN is going nuts.... what should be an upper bollinger pop and pullback is on steroids... .85 cents is melting away as I post... there was over 180,000 shares after a similar amount traded on the open............ I went for some.... not something I would have thought an option until it pulled back...  we'll see if the ask is ice soon...
