This stock I have focused on has some decent speculative analysis that can be applied to it so that it makes a reasonable stock that TA can be applied to.

Specifically the chart in this case suggests supply is low and demand although not momentous as in it hasn't caught the radar of the swarm... seems to be improving slowly... the chart appears toppy... but therein lies the challenge for most charters to assess the potential for a breakout of that head and shoulders bottom.

This link takes you to a dynamic chart that will track the progress of this potential breakout... .45 to 48 cents is the prime target area for making a buy if it should back fill...

Disaster

 For a couple of weeks, both the TSX and Venture have been looking week... over this last weekend there was a massive broad sell off... This type of signal should be considered a heads up to be very cautious.

Holding may prove to be a test of will.... going to cash may be a jerk, but safety is important.... you can always buy back in on buy signals... at the same time any broad up move should be viewed as a possible exit potential... Iran and Israel have set the stage for whiplash and it couldn't have been predicted for a worse time in the go away in may cycle...

My own personal experience suggests a consolidation... the first two charts in Stockcharts Public List
 are the index charts they look pretty sick!

Rodinia - Charting the first leg

This post is going to attempt to describe a phenomenon that is not mystical , however it may be hard to spot never the less.

RM.V has been charting into the overbought as seen in the daily chart, and the SlowSto 50,1 has been tracking above the 80 band... for which most people would assume a top and sell to lock in.... but this area can also be described as the time for a run away of the price... If you don't closely examine the actual time that the indicator can stay above... you will have failed to see that it is often a week or more and charters will sell on the upside crossover, or may as well have as they fail to allow for the real aggressive price move which is often associated with the full passing.

Sometimes this runaway price is the first leg of an extended breakout, or continuation.

In order to see if this taking place... watching the open can reveal a small gap on the next day and observing the bid opens into the previous days sell... very subtle but very bullish.

Let's hope over the next day or two we some bull.

Rodinia - RM.V

Both the TSX and Canadian (which are the first two charts shown in the Public Chart List) continue to show a robust trend developing... albeit the Toronto is looking just a bit more finicky... it is still showing strong, and just at the right time of year for a run at the best four months for a buy and hold in your favorite pick.

Literally there are so many juniors moving now it is hard to make a choice... a quick survey of the charts in the list demonstrates the broad bounce.


Much like trying to anticipate the next best cycle as we do gold, silver, iron and uranium so that we can pick solid stocks destined to be swarmed... causes me to speculate....

In particular The Lithium ETF is smoking and pushing $17.00... a real nice trend....

A review of most of the real lithium players shows an awakening... the best looking for coming out of the weekly hole is Rodinia.... It has a lot of room to move, and some of the recent price targets are achievable just based on the look of the weekly... personally I'm loaded for bull.

We're off to a good start and here is a screen clip of  a real time Level II chart...

In Case

you missed it... I like charting Danny.... he does good speculative analysis... his picks though... have no relative reference to being conceived in a concept of charting,  so I watch his stuff (the fundamental analysis is always really good) and track the interesting picks that are charting good... this one... RM.V is just one of many, but I like it's low price... with money in the bank... low debt... it charts good for a bottom pattern.

It is a double bottom off an .18 cent higher low.... if your into sentiment trading... read this...  analysis of  Rodinia...   I agree and better yet.... to be redundant it is charting pretty nice.
